Here are more vulture photos taken at Monroe lake, Indiana. This group of the photos are about poses of the vultures. Are these vultures beautiful? Ugly?
Thanks again for your viewing in advance!

Nice set! I like all of them, and no they are not ugly.
Beautiful photos of some beautiful birds, Richard. They often get a bad reputation, but they are the clean-up crew and important to the environment. Bald eagles also carrion. You've got some great shots of them.
Beauties....but all animals are! Good shots.

They may be ugly but they are still God's creation.
Yes, ugly birds! But beautiful flyers. Much like Condors. There are a lot of ugly, useful things in this world.
They are beautiful in flight but not so much on the ground. It reminds me of an old Peanuts cartoon. Snoopy was sitting in a tree hunched over with his chin tucked and hanging. Lucy walked by and said, "Hi Sweetie Pie." As she walked away snoopy said, "us vultures just hate to be called Sweetie Pie."
Like no 1. Snoopy on his doghouse 😉
Nice shots, really like the last one.

I think they're little cuteys! I once had a group circling directly overhead follow me for about a half mile. Maybe taking pictures...
Great renderings, excellent captures make these much-maligned birds quite beautiful. Good eye! The squabbling seemed to continue - maybe over the female in the back? Please stay well, enjoy the holidays and keep up the challenge.
