what is the make & model ? I had a 31 model-A Ford but I don't think that this is a Ford. beautiful restoration.

That's a Shay replica of a '29 Ford. They make a lot of sense. A reliable 4 cyl. engine, disc brakes, rumble seat... You get the reliability of a more modern car (they were built from the late 70's to the early 80's), with the looks and appeal of an antique. A sweet ride. I'll bet he gets a lot of thumbs up.
