After all these year, I discovered I’d been doing something daily all wrong. Maybe, I can correct it.
I have always have shampooed my hair when I take my shower. That is usually the first thing I do. When I rinse my hair, the shampoo will flow down my body. I recently happened to pick up a bottle of shampoo, and was looking at the directions and was horrified. Right on the bottle, it said it conditions and builds body. I’ve been letting this stuff run down my body for over sixty years and I can attest, boy has it build body.
No more.
On a recent shopping trip to my WalMart, I needed dish soap and picked up a bottle of Dawn. Right on the label, it says it cuts and removes fat.
Don’t try to call me for the next week or so. I’ll be in the shower.

Read the same thing with Cascade, but the wife wouldn't
let me get into the dishwasher. What a bummer, but I
will try the Dawn,wonder if I soak in the tub if it would
work better. :thumbup:

That might work better, but since all I got is the shower it'll have to do.
