Thanks everyone my ego is at least 4-5 points up. The Devil Tower shot was in Oct but not this year. I couldn't get it this year because my mask fogs my glasses. When I took that shot many of our group ran right past that spot. I know they say get close but 50-100 feet doesn't make much difference at that distance.

Thanks everyone for responding.As for time it was middle of Oct a couple of years ago. I couldn't take the photo today because my mask fogs my glasses. I know the saying is get closer but at that distance how much would it matter. I found that out taking shots of the moon. Once you have your picture it isn't so hard to move. The plants you ess under the bridge are all japonica primroses and they they extend for about 300 feet up the run. So if you are in the neighbor hood in May drop in. The Gate is for deer.
