I used Microsoft Picture It software for years but does not work with Windows Ten. It was simple an easy. Did not do a lot of major editing . I would put photo captures on wood, tile ,& glass. Certain sizes not in proportion would be needed to achieve this like 4x5, & so on. I am looking for a simple program so if odd size would be needed it would be available even not in proportion for a photo. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks & Happy Holidays & stay safe.
Windows 10 comes with "Photos". Does that not work?

Qimage Ultimate has become a very capable printing utility that really does produce results that are better than anything I've used short of a full-blown RIP (raster image processor). It has exactly what you are looking for and some stuff that you may not be aware of as well.

image scalier works great. Thanks to all
Ditto on Gene's recommendation of Qimage - I've been using it for well over a decade and it's the best printing program I've seen.

Don't laugh, but I still use Google Picasa 3. If you google it, you can download it. Google won't send you any updates, but I haven't need any in years. Works for me. Good luck.

Mike,
No laughing here. I still use Picasa for cataloging and basic adjustments. Works just fine.
I use GIMP for other editing.
