I purchased Topaz Sharpen AI a short time ago, sharpened a few soft images that were taken a few years back and the results were surprisingly good. I use that program as well as AI Noise.

My flow is after RAW processing all images go thru Topaz Denoise. I then select best result (ie with or without denoise). Those then go thru AI Sharpen 3 times (Sharpen, Stabilize, and Focus). Then I select best result (ie with or without sharpen). A lot of work, but it gets me the best possible image result.

The Joy Of Editing with I think it is Dave Kelly a you tube channel has some vids on using the topaz software.

I use Topaz Denoise first and then AI Sharpen. Topaz seems to be doing a great job with their software.... Lets hope the prices don't get out of hand.

Myself, I use all of the Topaz products.
I use Sharpen AI on almost every shot.
If I could have but one Topaz product it would be the Sharpen AI, period. It is great!
In order, I use Denoise AI, Sharpen AI, Topaz Studio 2, Adjust AI, Gigapixel AI, Jpeg to Raw, and Mask AI.
If I could only use ONLY three Topaz products it would be, in order, Denoise AI (if needed), Sharpen AI, and Adjust AI.
Their updates are free for a year and they update frequently.
No need to constantly check, they notify you of any updates.

I took the plunge and purchased it (on sale, with a coupon - thanks!) and it has saved my bacon. The newest version is a lot faster and works really well left on auto everything!

Every time I run Sharpen AI, the system freezes, computer doesn’t crash. Discussed this with their tech right after purchase and still no joy. Also have Topaz Denoise and it works great but Sharpen still crashes even after uninstalling/installing numerous times. Have another work order in with their techs...☹️

The latest version of Topaz Sharpener AI actually has a quad screen that shows the results for each of the choices PLUS Topaz AI Clear. It's pretty handy to see them all at once so you can choose.
