I'm curious if anyone knows where its best to sell a camera. I have a Nikon D3s in beautiful condition the box and all with about 22,500 clicks. Still very young in its life. I rarely use it anymore and want a reasonable price since its in great shape.

As suggested I would try this site first then KEH. There are some very sharp crooks on eBay. I met one of them trying to sell a camera.

I used to like selling on eBay but their fees have gotten out of hand. You'll lose 10% for the eBay fee. My last several sales have been right on this forum and you can be more comfortable with the reliability of the UHH members.

Call B&H or Adorama

If you sell private party using Craigslist, you will get the highest price
If you sell using eBay, IT WILL SELL and you will get a good price but will cost you 12% using them and PayPal
If you send to B&H or Adorama, they will give you a low price. But they have employees and a lot of other overhead and that's how they stay in business.

Oh, and then there's selling here. I've never sold anything here before so I can't help you there.

Fredmiranda.com and HERE do not charge fees when you sell, Fredmiranda charges a one time nominal fee to sell.
Ebay will charge 10% plus 3% for paypal.
