Once again, our mission team made the drive to Gamerco, New Mexico to do some work at the church that we normally use as our base of operations. The Navajo Reservation is closed to outsiders due to COVID. Fortunately the church is just outside the Reservation. It is in need of new roofing, so we put a metal roof on the center section of the church. The other sections will probably be done sometime next year. We stayed at the church and since all the work that needed to be done was at the church, there was no need to go anywhere else. We took a cook along so we could take all of our meals right there. We had snow for 2 days which kept us off the roof until we could clean it off. During those 2 days, we replaced 2 32" bathroom doors with 36" doors. These bathrooms are scheduled to become handicap accessible in the near future. We were the only mission team out there this year for our church conference. Here are some photos of the work.
