I have been using PS 2021 for about two weeks and now it will not launch. It will not even open when I send a photo through LR. Any suggestions before I have to reinstall.

Are you accessing the icon for PS 2021 or from an earlier version that is no longer on your system. To check, click on the start button and find Adobe Photoshop 2021

It might help to know the specifics of your computer, including the OS.

I'm having the same problem. Can't get PS 2021 to upgrade on my PC and my Mac.

Why the user forum rather than Adobe support itself? They have always solved any problems I've had.

Speed. Agreed the Adobe support is very good. Sometimes the paid staff gets backed up and wait times can be frustrating. The forum runs partly on a concept of rewards for activity. Some of the more active people in the forum get their Adobe software at no cost in exchange for answering questions. Consequently solutions can come faster in the forum.

When it comes to techniques like "blur the background", the forum may be stronger.

Interesting (at least to me) is that the help menu in both Photoshop and Premiere Elements has direct links to both the forum and tech support. Photoshop and Lightroom don't do that.

Along with that is Adobe's attitude toward providing support at many levels. Various authors and webmasters get prerelease copies of everything so that guide books, instruction books and tutorials pop up within hours of a product update or release.
