This is my first offering into the gallery. It is my fist macro attempt.
A Bee on a Leaf
I love macro photography, it's so awesome to see the minute details in critters we wouldn't normally ever see. Good job.

Looks good to me! Welcome to UHH!
Thank you all, I must be getting better.
Pretty good first attempt. What are your settings? Seems a little soft focused. What setup are you using ECT... Great photo for your first stab at macro. Looks like your off to a great start! Thanks for posting
Canon Eos 400D Body. Canon EFS 60mm Macro Lens. TV 1/250. AV 4.0. ISO 400. Flash Off. WB Auto. Hope this helps.
Looks great! And welcome to UHH!
I was wondering this because of the soft focus and depth of field in your photo. I never shoot macro with a aperture of less than F-16. I stay at between F-16 to F-22. Also I would try to stay at ISO 100 if possible 200 max just because of loss in detail. You should also consider making a home made snoot or purchasing an O flash. Not trying to be critical just trying to help. Love you first macro shot. Much better then my first attempt but everyone had to start somewhere.
Awesome introduction, welcome to the Hog and look forward to your future posts!!
