Some very nice work. Great color and focus, and the B&W is really stunning. I suppose since we have the man in the moon up here, that you have the lady in the moon down under.....makes perfect sense to me.
thank you kind Sir.
I did the same photo in colour, but did not have the same feeling about it.We had to take it again cos I got a reflection of the side of his glasses. I didnt have ''Photoshop'' in those days.the photo has won a few comps. He died last Christmas. but every time I look at it, Im sure I see him wink at me.. his spirit was so strong..

You mentioned that it took 4 rolls of film to get the shot you wanted.......what exactly is film again? Just kidding, awesome shots. Enjoyed looking at all of them.
Film is that stuff us ''old people ''uset to use to produce photos. It had and STILL has a GREATER TONAL range ..not tied up to 256 colours like digitial is. so although Digitial has come a long way..its still got a long way to go to ''catch up'' with film..
I know people in the camera club that I go to have never even developed a film.. I feel very sorry for them ..
Very nice work and interesting subject matter. That one that took 4 rolls of film to get right was worth the effort, great shot.

Nice work, very vibrant colors but I LOVE your B&W of this gentleman--your work truly paid off well. excellent capture and character.
Found you, and these are supper photos, real artistic quality.
The B&W photo is excellent. I could swear that he is/was an old western actor, he looks A LOT like the doctor on "GUNSMOKE", that old TV series. You nailed that photo, and it was worth every roll of film you used.
