Terrific shot R.G. I like the low angle view. Interesting in different ways. Gives you the feeling of being there. And then there are the old "dead" human-made objects in the foreground juxtaposed against the ageless beauty of the background. I like.
Are those crab traps?
Beautiful rendering of a great capture. Please stay well and keep on sharing.

Thank you srt. We call them lobster pots or creels. They catch lobsters, crayfish and crabs
R.G. you were there saw and photographed a scene that happened, you have a good eye.
As with many excellent photos, there is a photostory within the main body story. In this case crop down into the debris at the water's edge and bring in the right close to the edge of the rock, thus focusing on the chain and crab pots... the story within the story.
In keeping with visual composition reading [Euro] from lower left a horizontal flip would be the crowning touch. With that RG you have two great photos.
Oops, there is a third. the shore, rocks on the right, and the water & mountains are another without chain and crab pots. On a camera club competition night, you would have multi winning entries with one shot!!!

Thank you Donald. The process as I remember it is that I worked backwards from the mountains, cliffs and rocky shore. I started off shooting out there and when I came back I wanted to get the shore lining up with the mountains and rocks. Then when I was on the jetty I noticed the chain and lobster pots and noticed that they too lined up nicely. I didn't have to move anything. All that you see is how I found it.

I really like the portrait format, its enhanced depth, and your well-chosen foreground details!
A superb image worthy (IMO) of loving matting and framing!
Best,
