Have you ever flipped the orientation of an image just to see what it would look like? Sometimes it improves the overall look. If you are using an IPhone then this is how you can do using images from your camera roll.
1. Go to your Camera Roll
2. Select an image you want to work on.
3. When it opens, Select " Edit" top right-hand button
4. Now Select the "Crop" tool at the bottom of the screen
5. Now at the top left hand side of the screen you will see the "Flip" icon. Choose it and your image will Flip.
6. If you are happy with the way it looks, Hit the " Done" button bottom right and it will be saved back
to your camera roll.
Note: It can be undone. Just open the image up again, Go to Edit and then choose the " Revert" button at the bottom left of the screen.
Note: If your image has wording on it, the wording would also be flipped.
I have no idea how this would work on an Android phone.

I heartily agree! I have the experience that the flip only uncommonly is preferable to my original IF I was especially inspired by the scene when I made the image.
The flip, however, has given a new “lease on life” to innumerable , originally- thought-to-be “Ho-Hum images from my archives - often images I had forgotten about or had meant to discard- but had forgotten to!
Vibe la flip!
Great thought /reminder , F-stop;
Thanks for posting!
Stay safe and well!

Thank you for posting this information.....interesting and simple technique.
Clever idea. I've flipped images in processing just to see how they would look. I always keep the original, though.
That’s an interesting idea. I haven’t tried that before, but maybe I’ll give it a try sometime.
Thanks for sharing this information. New to me so I just tried it out.

Jerry it's not a permanent flip, you can always open the flipped image up again and choose "Revert" to go back to the original image orientation.
