You will have to change the file names - currently they are showing .jpg.dot extensions and no software can read them...

On my computer they show as jpg.dop

Not sure of the process you are following, but here is mine.
After making desired edits I export the image to a file on my desktop, I export in jpeg format setting a maximum file size of 5 mb. I then open the .jpeg with a viewer to be sure it is what I wanted. I then login on UHH and create a new topic in the section where I want to display the image, select the image from the desktop folder and check store original before clicking send.

The .dop is a sidecar file for the editor he used, not an actual image, it's text (commands for the editor).
