If you're on the lookout for some random stuff, beaches can be good sources. Plus you might get an occasional nice sunrise or sunset.

Great set. Love the sun coming through the bunker window and the last image with the great sky.

Great renderings of excellent captures. Especially like the reflection off the standing water through the "window" in the first shot. Nice compositions and colours. Please stay well and keep on sharing your great work.

Thank you Ourspolair. I thought the light would be a way to emphasise the hollowness of the sentry box.

That just about sums it up . And that's before you even mention the wildlife.

Hi, Karin. Yes, a bit of privacy does help to enhance the mood.

Looks like Waterfront Property in Scotland isn't such a good idea, especially if you build with concrete. But the hot light shining through the window makes it look like the building isn't going down without a fight.

Indeed. I thought at first that it may have been carelessly dumped there but there are other signs of a once-functional coastal defence on that stretch of beach. The shifting sands of time have had at least 75 years to claim that lookout post and you're right, it's not going down without a fight.

Nice set of beach images. I especially like the tranquility and calm of your last image.
