View from Petit Jean mountain in the Petit Jean State Park in Arkansas. Beautiful view.
Beautiful pictures and park. And there are interesting stories about why it’s called Petit Jean. Thanks.
Nice images and pretty area. Brings back memories of the trip my brother and I took there. I believe it was after leaving there and driving toward Oklahoma that we were surprised at seeing a roadrunner. I was not aware there were any in Arkansas. Also saw my first armadillo in Arkansas but that was on another trip.

Today, Petit Jean State Park is one of the most popular state parks in Arkansas. Popular legend holds that the mountain got its name from the story of a young French girl who, in the 1700s, disguised herself as a cabin boy so that she could secretly join a company of explorers and accompany her fiancé to the New World.
Beautiful renderings of very scenic landscapes. I do see some pollen on your sensor, though - please stay well and keep up the good work.
Thanks, it is about time for a cleaning.

Petit Jean is indeed a beautiful park full of interesting, and photographic features. You captured some of its beauty well. Did you visit the falls, and the Bear Cave (and other locations)?
