Almost all my posts come from my phone. I currently have a Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus. Terrific idea to have a smartphone group here. Many of my photos are closeups. Some of these have been shared in the photo section.

Most of these are great captures. Some of the close-ups seem to either have motion blur or focus issues, however. Great to see you in this section. Please stay well and keep on sharing.

Thanks for looking and for your comment. I do tend to rush things and not get the best focus at times. Focus does depend on light direction at times with my phone.

Phone camera's perform well on landscape shots. The whole scene will be in focus because of the tiny sensor and it seems to me the sky is less likely to be blown out. But I haven't used my phone that much for photography so I'm basing my perception on a limited number of shots.

I’m impressed, Vaun, you have captured, and captured well, the whole durn spectrum from broad landscape to ultra close-up bordering on serious macro! Even wildlife —well,OK—- an example of wildlife of the slower moving sort(turtle)!
Damn, man! Job well done!

You know I've never tried to get a night sky picture with my phone. Yours came out rather well.

Some phones will do night sky photos, some won't. Of the Samsung phones which will there is a night mode option.
