Thanks for your comment, Bigmike. I think most people wonder about the occupants of these old places. I guess people just move along, or die and the property deteriorates. In the case of the second pic (the garage), there was a town there at one time. I don't know what happened though, that eventually led to it being deserted.

Thank you, John. Yes, you are correct. The second building was an old garage with a small general store attached. This is located in a ghost town called Galilee, but there is not much there anymore, except this building and an old house across the street from it.
