Sweet. In order for us to see (and appreciate) more detail, when you are posting an image, there is a "save original" box on the page. If you use that, we get to see the full-screen version.
I'll see if I can edit the post and do so. The rules from several years ago specify a 800 x 600 pixel limit. Is that still the expectation?
No - that is the limit of the "thumbnail" generated by the site. As long as you don't exceed a nominal 20MB per image, you can post at whatever size you like. Most people don't use a screen more than 27-inch diameter, so a 4k 27" screen is a bit over 3000 x 2000 pixels at 150 ppi.
If you keep it around there, everyone will be able to see lots of detail in "double download". Please stay well and thanks for putting up the larger image. It really is an excellent rendering, and seeing it in greater gives everyone a greater appreciation of your photographic technique.
