A farmer friend of mine related this story from when he took an ag short course at Purdue. The instructor was doing a lesson on concrete silos, and a fellow student said that there are two kinds of concrete silos. My friend said that he grabbed his pencil, prepared to take notes. The student said the two kinds are those already cracked and those ready to crack. The class was highly amused at this comment, but the instructor was not.
