It has only begun. I have several customers that are mines, or that deal with them directly (engineering, trucking, etc.). Overtime is gone, some are laid off all together. We have 1 coal customer that is thriving. 100% of their bussiness is coal export. Their biggest customer?? China. You know, where they have all those EPA and enviormental standards for clean air and water.
Our price for electricity will increase dramtically, making it even harder for America to compete with them.
