Had to pause for the summers for the last four months do to open heart surgery. Doc said D700 was too heavy for me to carry, ha ha.! Finally got out camping up northern Michigan to get a few pictures in Oct with my D700, 24-85 lens and it was nice to get back into it a little. Here's a few photos.
Stunning. I was in Michigan last week and have to say the colors were spectacular. Thanks for sharing these. Great captures. Hope you continue to get stronger and stronger.
Beautiful soft colors. Well done.

I really like all the photos. The lake shore with the fog coming in. Lone fisherman with early morning fog slightly lifting from the water. The red trees with the sun sprite peaking through. All great. The bridge really captured my imagination. Your colors are bright, clean, no need to dehaze the pictures for us to see the image. You took care of it. Great. Had that similar operation 20 years ago. Just remember to lift with the arms, don't flex the chest. My docs realized too late, my shoulders were shot and all I had were the chest muscles to compensate for what the arms could not do. A whole year of healing but it was worth it. Keep going and showing people you are alive with your incredible photographs.
A really nice set. Hope you get better each day.
