PS 2021 problem - how do I contact Adobe for help?

I just installed PS 2021, and immediately had a problem.
I have a Mac with a second display. If I use the second display to do PS, all is well.
But if I move PS to the laptop display, the photo either entirely disappears, or shows up as a narrow horizontal band.
I went to the Adobe support site, but couldn't find this problem described, and found no way to actually talk with someone about it. How do I contact them?

From Creative Cloud, click on "Help"(top of page), then Contact. You'll be led to a Chat/support

Thanks. That's what I couldn't find. They told me to delete "Adobe photoshop 2021 settings" and restart PS. That solved the problem.
