Multiple errors in new PS

Initially would not load nay photo due "Could not complete your request due to program error"
"Resolved" this by not using Graphics Processor - frustrating
Next error is "Clone stamp error" shows when just opening a TIFf file - even though no functions including clone stamp have been invoked
Now trying to close down PS and get "Could not complete your request due to program error". Only solution is to reboot Windows 10 I7 PC with 16 Gb memory
Others have same similar rash of issues and a solution
Prior version of PS, Affinity and multiple other programs work fine

Uh oh. Hopefully they will fix it. I haven't experienced any errors so far but have only used it twice, similar windows setup. I keep the graphics processor on auto, rather than on or off, probably the only difference. That way the program decides if it a compatible processor. Frustrating to have work to do and run into a roadblock.

I feel your pain after hreading stories of past issues like this. I would uninstall it & then try installing it again considering other people have had no issues. I would also install it hard wired into to your network(router, modem) rather than wifi.

Deactivating the Graphics Card in Photoshop (AMD Radeon HD 5450) seems to be the "solution"

I’ve had no problem with the update and used the clone stamp without issue. I’m running a Window10 pc.

I've had no problems. The sky replacement is cool for instances where one is so inclined to use it.

Program works fine on Win10, but the line tool is broken. Will not draw a line. If I draw an arrow I get an arrowhead but no line behind it. In the community forum I noted a couple of others had this problem so hopefully there will be a fix sometime. In the meantime I have to use PS2020 to get lines.

I spent 8 hours of Remote/Chat session with 4 Adobe techs trying to resolve my issue with Version 2022 and opening/processing RAW files. No resolve. Adobe support was superb. I guess the engineers will have to solve the issue.

I installed PS 2021 a few days ago and after extensive use, including playing with some of the new features, I have had no problems with Photoshop, including those others have reported.
One thing I do is select the "Remove old version" option because I have it as a fallback on my laptop. A few years ago I found problems keeping old and new versions of some Adobe apps together on my primary desktop PC. Removing old versions during new version installs solved that problem for me.
(I use a Dell PC with Windows 10 and 128 GB RAM).

I installed the new PS version and it worked well for about a day. The next time I ran into the "error" problem and turned off my GPU. That helped up to yesterday. Continued working today and I having a problem with adding a solid color layer to a selected region. Black and white flash on and then revert to the previous color! Is anyone having a similar problem? Win 10 on a Dell PC 8300 series.

Mine is really slow, freezes and causes a connection error to pop up, but eventually starts. Also, I can't get a desktop shortcut. Arrggg!
