"I'm ??? ????? and I approve this message." Wonder why?

I think this came about in President Obama's reign. (or Bush) Someone had made claims that were debatable so the message started. My answer to all this 'stuff' is in George Soros. Go to YouTube/search George Soros - interview 2014, George Soros - Interview 2017, then search all other Soros history.

Now that I've said this I'll be looking having him at my door. He has 85 billion dollars. If he lost 10 million it wouldn't him. What does he do with his extra money? He doesn't seem to put it in funds to help the needy.
