Yesterday I went to Iron Lake which is one of my favorite spots for seeing beautiful birds. I walked around twice and saw only Robins - many Robins. So, I decided to capture them and their environment. The fall colors there are spectacular.
Robins are harbingers of spring. Apparently also the harbingers of winter. Great shots.

I guess they can't decide where to go! Thanks very much.

I like the others too, but #3 is my fav!
Your usual good bird shots, Elliott, but #1 shows your latent landscape talents.

I do lots of landscapes when we travel - will get back to it. Thanks Mike.
That first picture is really great!!

I love robins, Elliott! We have loads of them and they are very expressive, especially when bathing in the fountain. They do, however, tend to build nests in the most inconvenient (for us) places. The most recent was on top of the motor for the garage door opener. Love all these shots and agree with Mike about the landscape. It’s lovely!
