Looks like we are smoking turkeys this year again
We do a free Thanksgiving dinner at my daughters coffee shop each year, open to the public. I do three turkeys. One traditional roast, one smoked and one deep fried. Usually the smoked one goes first. Many guests bring side dishes in addition to what we provide. We do get a number of homeless, they are always welcome. In the neighborhood? Stop on bye. Dark Horse Coffee in Linden, TX. Been closed due to the Pandemic but she plans to reopen on Halloween.
Does smoking a turkey give you a tryptophan high?

Crisp on the outside and moist on the inside gives me a high regardless of the process.
