Marg Loc: Canadian transplanted to NW Alabama

We don’t normally see roseate spoonbills here in NW Alabama and I don’t believe I have ever seen one. It has been suggested that these three had escaped hurricane Laura and were biding their time till it was safe to go home. They have now gone and hopefully kpmac will find them back in Louisiana

Thanks, Jim! To go a little further, my daughter, Nikki often takes my photos and applies text to them. These photos were taken around “National Mean Girls’ Day and she has paid homage using the spoonbills. Maybe you and Ken will get a kick out of these.
