You have to be kidding me.
I have been having a problem with my PaintshopPro 2019 being unable to read any of my saved .TIFF files from my Canon 5D Mark IV. So far all of my correspondence from them have not been helpful, but this last one takes the cake.
Mr. / Ms. Koris,
Thank you for contacting Corel Technical Support.
In regards to your response, Kindly send us the Tiff file for testing. Please make aware that your Tiff file is too large to be sent via e-mail and you needs to upload it to a drive like gmail. But you needs to set the sharing that everyone can download it without signing in.
Looking forward for your response.
Regards,
Anansiya

Probably do not do well at all because we are not being PAID to do well in their native language,.

Haha - some, from my experience, are over-paid then...
Definitely sounds like someone could have hacked your original request. I would not use my computer to send anything. Send them a reply that you will send the image on a CD.
I have had problems with Corel also, with their help not being helpful. I have decided to live with the problem since I know how now to not get into the problem - I can get around it.
I have decided to do the same thing. I can open the files in ON-1 then finish them in PaintshopPro. They initially wanted me to buy there lastest version.
I had their 2018 version and purchased their 2020 version to hopefully solve the problem or problems. That did not do it - I had the same problem with both. I don't want any later versions.
Yes I downloaded the 2021 trail version, still had the same problem.
It is interesting to read the attitudes of some UHH participants. I just checked the web for the price of Paintshop Pro and found $69.95 listed. This is relatively inexpensive by any standards.
And then folks complain that the support personnel do not speak or write perfect English. Perhaps Corel could triple the price and hire only native English speakers...then would the complaint be, "it's so expensive."
