Overcoming Obstacles

I saw this flower growing through a wood fence a few days ago. I kept reminding myself to take a photo of it. Well I finally pulled over and took the photo. It was a heavy overcast day when I finally got to it. It amazed me how the flower grew through the narrow slit in the wood fence and still managed to bloom. I thought it made an interesting combination... a man-made fence and one of God's many creations. No matter what the obstacle, God can find a way through all obstacles and so can we if we keep the faith.

I have no faith in God, but I still like the photo and the flower.

Thanks Farmers Wife... I am glad that you liked the flower/fence photo. Below are some of nature's creatures that I photographed earlier this year.

Beautiful flower. I have also found flowers finding their way through cracks in cement walks. Thanks for the encouragement. If we have no Faith then we have no Hope.

Beautiful shot. Go back and reshoot it, but change your white balance to Open Shade [looks like a house casting a shadow] to warm up the shot some. Makes a world of difference.

Keep up the good work.

Thank you very much Al/xphotog1 for your comments and suggestions... I hope to get back to taking photos again... I had a short period off from taking photos due to health issues but hopefully I'll be fully recovered in a week or two.
