Saw venture flying above our yard before noon time Friday. Quickly went home and grabbed my camera. Here are a few of the shots. Thanks in advance for viewing/comment!
Beautiful flyers but not a very popular bird. Nice shots.
Not too fond of the bird, but these are nicely rendered with fine detail. Keep up the good work and stay healthy.
Absolutely wonderful detail! Great job!

Fantastic images!!!!!Richard
To those that don't like the birds, Think of what the world would smell like if we didn't have them
Happy to see them overhead.
Nice images. I've seen that view a lot. There's a "buzzard elevator" right across the street from my house. It's a 2-3 acre lake that catches the morning sun and warms the air above it. As the invisible air bubbles rise off the lake, local buzards fly over at 50-100 ft, hop on the bubble and just ride in circles up to about 1000 ft, then take off on their daily rounds. Occasionly see osprey riding the elevator as well. I've been led to believe the updrafts take the form of donuts.

Vultures are magnificent animals. So they eat dead stuff, so do we.
