Cape Buffalo and Zebra Africa

This gives you an idea of the size of the Cape Buffalo. The zebras are the size of a horse. It looks like the Buffalo are nearly twice as big. Maybe more! This is from a folder of photos from Africa that I haven't posted yet.

An adult male zebra weighs 770 lbs. versus an adult male cape buffalo's weight of 1950 pounds.
Cape buffalo comes with a short temper and bad disposition.

Yeah, that's what I've heard. Someone said they will stomp you into the ground and be happy to add some dirt so whoever finds you can plant flowers.

Interesting. The advantage the zebra have is they can probably outrun a cape buffalo.

And also proves that there are brown zebras. Someone was mentioning that issue some time back. Great shots of African wildlife. Stay well and keep on sharing.

Well yeah. But I never saw them interact at all. Don't think it would be necessary. I was just using the zebra as a measuring stick.
