Canon 1DX II w/ EF 200-400 f4, manual at 1/1250 @ f4, auto ISO. AF Servo w/ center expanded auto focus points, image stabilizer OFF, Case 4, 14 FPS!

These are top shelf action shots by one who knows his way around the 1DX!!
Do you use a monopod? and if so, what kind. (My 14 yr old Manfrotto just died)
