Not sure if this really fits here but it is architecture and street Agok Li style :D Anyway, driving through Agok Li this afternoon on my way home these painted walls seemed to compliment the soon to be harvest. :D
Thanks fof looking and the kind comnent. This is one of many similar small towns in South Korea. I don't know for sure but I doubt if there is more than 200 people in the town. It is common to grow food, in this case rice, anywhere something will grow. This rice will be harvested in a week or so and the moment for these images will be lost for a year.

An interesting cultural event. Don't recall ever hearing about a similar one (outside of the ones you post). How long do the paintings last? Now, if someone had walked along as you took those,....

Thanks. The paintings will last a few years but they will be repainted every year or two.
