In Pennsylvania? We had one in southern NJ in 2017.
Very nice shot. Pretty bird.

Nice workindeed....thank you.
nice shot . i guess i am luckier than most . i have a 5 acre pond behind my home in new port richey , fl . if it lives in florida it is in my back yard except of course a crocodile or a black bear . the crocodile you will most probably not see because it is strictly a salt water creature . the black bear thankfully i have never seen in our area , but if you travel about an hour north of us you can see black bear . we do have the occasional alligator and a number of venomous snakes though . my property has great photographic opportunities without even going outdoors.
thanks again for a photo of a beautiful bird,

Sorry everyone Ive updated my home location. Yes I live in Fl. Directly across the street from a national wildlife preserve. I get all kinds of critters in and around my yard. Yes I have had gators in the pool . They can push under the fence and yes they can actually climb the fence . Ive only seen videos of that though.

Well, that clears THAT confusion up. Thanks.
