With the fires out here in Oregon, many roads are closed. There is one waterfall along OR 126 that is spring fed and comes out of a sheer cliff not more than 3 feet from the road. There is no pull off or even berm at that point. Since the road was closed a few miles down from the waterfall there wasn't much traffic. I was able to set up my tripod and shoot it without holding up traffic or getting run over.
Wonderful, what luck, But you made your own Congratulations stay safe
Nice image. Interesting color to the water
Thanks all, It is one of those sights that you only catch out of the corner of your eye as you go zipping along at 55mph. It is on a fairly tight "S" turn along thr road. But it is over 20ft tall and more robust with the spring run offs. When I went looking for it, I missed it on my first dive bye. I figured that it had dried up. Some hour later after having a Picknick lunch, I was driving back to shoot Koosah Falls and saw it. All you get is that split second look. Until I shot the falls, I had never been able to see all the detail and colors in the falls. After 5 years of a passing glimpses, I got it.

Nice composition. Did you boost the blue channel? Water looks artificial.

No, I just pushed a little bit up on the saturation evenly. The falls faces North and is always in shadow. That would give the water a bit of blueness.

Exquisite colours, fine detail and appropriate exposure IMO. Stay well and keep on posting.
