These photos were taken at Long Beach, NY. Usually the waves are shore break and not very good for surfing, but occasionally a storm offshore puts a smile on the surfer's faces.
All taken at ISO 500, 300mm, f/5.6, 1/1500 sec.

I like all of them. In no 2 looks like the surfer is about to fall but I have never surfed. Looked like fun.

Thanks Country's Mama. I was standing on shore with a 300mm lens. I'm too clumsy to wade in holding my camera, that would have been a disaster for sure. 8-)
