Very cool shot, I love how the sun created specular highlights in her hair. This is a shot that could have used just a little fill. A reflector bouncing a little bit of that sun light onto her face could have really evened out the exposure and contrast.

I really like the poses and composition.. I do like the last one with the horse on each side..
My only criticism might be your choice of focus point in each one.. Perhaps I don't "get it", but I would presume that the girl, particularly her face, would be where I would nail the focus.... but it seems to be the hat, shirt, and horse ???

The hat and the horse were on purpose. The shirt was pure mistake. I'm big on 'out of the ordinary'. I took one of the close up that focused on her face but I liked this one better. Thank you for your comments

Thank you! I'm a big country girl myself. If I had to pick a specialty it would definitely be horses and their owners!

Thanks for the comment. I was set up just outside the course line. about 250' away. I used a Nikon D3 with 200x400 Telephoto set at 10fps. Here's a few more.
