UPDATE 2nd October
well, I did order the cable from Adorama, and they said it was in stock and would ship this week. Just now, I received an email stating that there was a problem in their warehouse and the item was actually not in stock but is back ordered. Unfortunately every place I've tried has it "back ordered". I am going to a real store tomorrow and maybe I'll find it there. meanwhile, I did figure out the shutter count on my 5D MKiii was 23,194 and I had guess it was around 30,000. so not too far off. Also, I'm including the L bracket you see in the photos.
I'm posting the photos for the 7D Mk ii here and I'm guessing based on the number of photos that I have, that the shutter count on the 7D is around 35,000. And I'll even take $20 off the price so you can get your own cable! :-)

I need to figure out how to find that out. I know there is a program that you can run so ill look that up and figure out the # of .actuation in the a.m. not near the camera right now.

sorry, but I can't find the cable for the camera (duh!) because I never use the cable since I download with a card reader and let Canon do the upgrades when I have the camera cleaned.
So I just ordered a new one. should be here early next week and I'll be able to check the # of actuations.

Ok thanks. I believe anyone wanting a used camera will want to know. Do you have any ballpark idea of the number of actuations?

My guess, based on how I used it, would be under 30,000

Sensor looks perfect. I'm waiting for cables to come from Adorama so I can post the actuations and photos at the same time.
