cold foot for a hot shoe

Someone was asking about a "cold foot for a hot-shoe" to mount a laser to for pointing at stars. If you look on Amazon you will find plenty of options. I've built a wireframe for shooting stars. Using advanced engineering techniques and locally sourced materials (I slammed it together from what I had laying around)for the most part I was able to manufacture it with no cost except for the hot-shoe adapter, I got two (as soon as they arrive) for about six bucks.
