I took these on Friday of last week, in the North Georgia mountains. This is the smallest State Park in Georgia.
Hemlock Falls is about a 2 mile round trip from the park.
Lake Burton is the largest of the five Georgia Power North Georgia lakes according to Explore Georgia.

Nice photos. Years ago we used to visit there when we lived in Atlanta. Reminds me a little of Lake Lure in Chimney Rock.

Dean, you find the best locations, I would never deny that. And your compositions are always excellent. Have you started using new PP software? The downed logs in 1&2 look (on my screen) like they have been painted with Behr Redwood stain. And the beautiful Lake Burton image shows pronounced halos around the "too red" wharf pilings. Wazzup?
