Excellent work with what is obviously a fine lens. Can't imagine being without my AF Micro Nikkor 105 2.8 D. If it weren't a little to short to work with my aging body, your photos would tempt me to add one to my lens collection.

This lens is an all purpose lens.

Thanks, yes. I have more than a few Nikon lenses from ancient to current. The only niche the 60 would fill for me would be as a companion to my ES-1. I currently use an old macro 55 3.5 AI, which requires a bit of cropping, and therefore extra time when digitizing my old slides.

Nikon has some good old glass, I have a few myself.
