There is The Fabrication Yard. I haven't been there yet but plan on going. Here is a link to their FB page. They don't have a website.

I don't know about muscians there but lots as graffiti artists come there to paint.
Lower Greenville Ave near Henderson used to be a good place. Not sure what it's like since Covid. South Lamar and Corinth and east towards Cesar Chavez Blvd is good too but it is changing fast. You might find some cool areas in Denton around the University.
