This isn't meant so much as a plug, but I'd consider buying from Adorama with their Flashpoint series which is a re-brand of Godox. Much easier to get warranty work if it ever requires. They have an in house service. I had a Flashpoint Evolv AD 600 Pro battery go bad outside of warranty (Godox rebrand) and they one time replaced at no charge and paid shipping both ways. Godox service might be a little more difficult to obtain.

I agree, I have eleven Godox/Flashpoint strobes and if you live in the US buy the Flashpoint brand from Adorama, as they have great support 24/7 and US service if you need it.

Cheers

I mentioned this in my response but I will take an extra moment to second/third/whatever this opinion. If in the US buy all your Godox products through Adorama and the Flashpoint label. Also, the Flashpoint R2 Pro Trigger Mark II is exclusively sold as a Flashpoint product (some deal between Godox and Flashpoint) and it is the best trigger for the system - so even one more reason to go through Adorama.

I have two Godox V850 II speedlights and they work well with my Nikon SU-800 Commander, SB-800s and Nikon Micro R1C1 Ringlight system.

I will be trying the radio feature of my Nikon D850 using the Godox flashes and two Nikon SB-5000 I recently purchased. The radio feature gives you far more range with off camera flash.

Thanks everyone for your comments. I just bought the Flashpoint unit from Adorama. I'm looking forward to "lighting things up." 😎

Yes I have that R2 Mark II trigger and also the earlier R2 trigger and XT one also. . As a pro shooter for over four decades and an Adorama shopper since they first opened, just backing up your recommendation. Cheers

Godox TT685N works well on my D750 and Z6. The only thing I don't like are the not very intuitive controls. Maybe it's just me.
