Thank you Tilde...I was amazed...I spotted the male first on what I thought was a grey branch...Nuh-uhh...It was the Madam he was perched upon...!

Hmmmmm......I think I resent that "spindly little ol' male" wisecrack :) I did notice however that he had no trouble figuring out where he was supposed to "perch" ...Too funny!

I used my trusty lil Sony Cybershot DSC -H2...Auto focus, hand held....Flash for back fill...I have just perfected a way of holding camera still from a technique I learned years ago from working in surgery when I had to hold hemostats with sutures attached to blood vessels being reattached...works well for taking close up photos...Thanks for the compliment...!..Linda
