On my walk this morning I saw yet another new resident from California. I understand the pressure from the taxes and the fires, but I hope that the mind-set that created the mess in California does not come with them.

Colorado has been thoroughly Calilfornicated. We worried that would happen and, sure enough, it did!

I went the other direction years ago.... moved from Colorado to California. But moving to a state with a population of 40 million, I didn't make much difference.

Yeah, Mike, you have California moving to Utah and I have Texas moving to New Mexico. Have to say I don’t really blame them.

Not to blame, just to worry, Barbara. People move away from things and then want to change where they move to just like what they left.

Mike, ain’t that the truth. I see it where the Texans (and Kansans) move to the mountains here for the summer and then complain about the fact the roads are not paved. The roads were not paved when they bought their summer places.

Unfortuntely with most of them it does. Exceptions being conservatives getting away from the People's Republic.

And the worst part is many don't even comprehend that the types of people and things they vote for are what created the problems they are trying to get away from.
