Bees and Roses

My carpet roses (which look more like poppies) are going crazy this year! And the bees love them! Capturing the bees proved to be challenging because they never stopped moving! I think that I managed to get some respectable shots with my 70-200 lens, but I sure would love to get a macro lens some time! Thanks for viewing :)

Thank you, Bob! I always have a hard time narrowing down what I post because there is something in every edited shot that I really like and want to share haha!

Nice images. While waiting to get a macro lens, you might consider slipping a 10 or 20 mm extension ring on your existing lens. I use them on my 70-300mm and am quite pleased with the results. They are relatively inexpensive, too. Stay well and keep on posting.
