What is the new toy? No images?
Very interesting bike, Hippy! I am impressed with those double shocks.
I agree - a basket for a camera gear would be something I would also look for.
I wonder, what class of a bike it is money wise?
I am looking forward to see images from your expanded territory!
Suggest a small waterproof messenger bag, strap diagonally cross chest, camera pouch behind the hip on dominant hand side. I would not put my DF in anything attached directly to the bike, shocks or not. Did a great deal of biking in past years and have used the method. Finding the right bag and getting the strap adjusted are the only issues. Nice bike!

Watch the Tour de France on TV and remember to keep the rubber side down. Happy trails, chase
No way to safely take a large camera on a mountain bike ride. Especially the rides we do.

As suggested, a sling bag or one shoulder back pack with a waist strap to keep it in place. Easiest is a small P&S or bridge camera in a jacket or vest pocket with button or zipper. A photographers vest will hold that and battery, card, brush and more.
I do not ride rufe trails more for exercise in and around town, thanks for suggestings I will check them out again thanks all

Wife took this - she's great with kids and landscapes but might need a little practice with action shots. A Nikon Coolpix A1000 or Lumix TZ220 usually reside in the little bag on the handlebars. Nice and light with good zoom and the MUST have EVF. Happy riding
I had a biking friend who I asked about "butt-conditioning" for long rides. He said that a few sessions of his wife swatting him with a 2x4 did the trick.
Are saddles better nowadays?
