My favorite photography genre is street photography. However, since this pandemic, I’ve been limited. I saw this bird through my kitchen window and it just seemed to be posing. It wasn’t until I looked at the photo on the monitor that I figured out what the thing going up the side of its body was. I never knew birds used their legs to scratch. Apparently they do and it appears to feel really good.
