Yup.
Still have my AE-1 (and Ftb; Yashica MAT-124) but I never had a disk camera.

Me too, have three AE-1's. My mom had the disk camera and the 110 and my Dad had the slides

Nothing gloomy about those days. It was a process, just like digital is. Many folks loved, and still love, the process of in-home film development and wet prints. I know I did when I had the time to indulge in that pleasure.

Yes I do. I misplaced my disk camera during a move back in '84. Never found it - it had exposed disks in it. It took pretty good pics. I'm waaayy too old. I remember all that stuff especially the very useful aluminum spool cans.

I had all the "A" series except the AE1. I jumped straight to the A1 and then later got the AV1, two AT1s

Cool! the Colored aluminum spool cans were my Father-in-law's full of exposed film while he was stationed in Alaska in the service. I have my parents 2 AE-1's and the 3rd. AE-1 was my first 35mm which I purchased. Guess that's why I stuck with Canon

Thought the building might be a Kodak building. Give us a hint?
